ACCESS
How do I enter the gym?
You enter with your personal access card. Collect it from the gym during staffed hours and, once activated, it gives you 24/7 access.
Can I lend my access card to someone else?
No. Your card is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it may result in the card being blocked or other measures set out in the membership terms.
Can I enter on any day of the year?
Yes. Member access is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except in the event of technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
JOINING & MEMBERSHIPS
How do I join?
You can ask for information through WhatsApp, our contact page or directly at the gym during staffed hours.
Do you offer visitor passes?
Yes. We offer passes for 1, 3, 7 and 15 consecutive days.
When do I collect my access card?
Your first card collection must take place during staffed hours so we can identify you and activate your access.
THE GYM
Are trainers available?
Yes. Gym-floor staff are available during the published staffed hours.
Are there showers and changing areas?
Yes. The gym has changing facilities and areas where you can shower and get changed.
Can I try Fivo before joining?
Yes. You can request a trial visit, subject to staffed hours, availability and the gym's conditions.
